1.17 Sexting as in a video chat with the purpose of performing or asking for sexual actions is strictly prohibited. We can use Artificial intelligence to check the video chats on our dating app and immediately block your account if sexting is detected. No refund of any outstanding credits or deposit will be given in case we block your account.
2.0 Terms of Service
By accessing our website, creating an account or starting a free speed date, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service. All rules and guidelines stated in this document under Community Guidelines are also part of our terms of service.
Vide0date reserves the right to place advertisements, banners and or commercials on any part of the website and or dating app. This may include an interruption of the videodate to show a commercial.
If requested by law enforcement or government authorities, we will cooperate to provide information about your account when presented with good reason. This may include contact information, user history and IP addresses.
Criminals and or sex offenders: If you have never been convicted of a felony, offense, crime or similar you are not allowed to use our services.
